Scrooge

Wow what a tremendous night we had at Faith Builders Christmas eve night! Scrooge was over the top good in both locations! They were uniquely different even though it was the same story. I was very proud to put on a show with such excellence and skill, but more importantly the anointing was so strong for the altar call. I know that lives are forever changed because of the production and all the hard work from the cast and crew! You guys are the best, thank you for your commitment. I also want to thank all of our members for inviting someone to come, as usual it made the difference as we were packed with alot of new faces! Pastor Robin and I appreciate it! Happy New Year! -Pastor

It’s Beginning to Look Alot Like Christmas

Well to start… today was another awesome day at Faith Builders! The Spirit of God was in the house…lot of new faces and great expectation of what God had in store for His people, praise God! But, I must admit it was the first day that I had the twinge of excitement for the Christmas season! I suppose the anticipation of both our children’s production  ” A Charlie Brown Christmas ” this week and then Christmas eve’s production “Scrooge” probably has put me in the mood! Most Christmas seaon’s, to be honest, I’m never that excited about it  for one reason or the other, but I really am excited about this one! Maybe because I just know that God is up to some big things if we will believe Him! I do… how about you? What are you beliving for, this Christmas? -Pastor

awesome day today!

Just got in our hotel in Milwuakee, and both Pastor Robin and myself are pretty tired from a long but, very productive day! The Beloit church was over the top today. Our new praise and worship team is doing a fantastic job in encouraging the people to praise the Lord and Deshawn was incredible! But it was the freedom that i loved the most! Then we were off to the Milwaukee church and God met us in a big way there. The Dream Builders regional summit was absolutely awesome we had near a 100 in attendance and so many of them were wanting to do it more often! God is opening and bridging new relationships for regional transformation! I want to thank all who helped to make the summit such a success. But not only you, but all who serve in our ministry in both locations. You are the secret to our success, I love and appreciate you all!

Oh No, It’s Snowing!

Well, i’m not super excited about the snow as it’s coming down right now! LOL! Probably because alot of believers use weather as an excuse not to come to church. I’ve never understood why people would “predictably” behave this way, when so many sacrifice to be in the house of God! Let’s make sure to make God’s house a priority this winter. I’m not saying that I want people to put themselves in harms way, but the same effort we put toward our jobs, in order to make it to work, should be that much more for the house of God! Well anyway, write me your thoughts…maybe a story about a sacrifice you made, to be at church and how God blessed you because of it.  -Pastor
