MY CHAI STORY (THE DAY MY LOVE FOR GOD REALLY DEEPENED)

I was driving to school talking to God saying,”God, you made this world and everything in it. All I want Lord is a chai from Starbucks. Lord, I am the daughter of a King and I’m not asking for much - just a chai.” Then my eyes fixed on the gas gauge which was on E for Empty. I said, “Lord, even if I had a few dollars, I’ll have to put a gallon or two of gas in the car - please let me make it to school so I can take my final.” I made it to school, got to my locker which I shared with a christian classmate. I opened the locker and a chai tea is staring at me. I closed the locker ran 20 feet to the ladies room, went into a stall and started crying like a baby. See it wasn’t that I got my chai - God had let me know something: ASK and ye shall receive, SEEK and ye shall find, KNOCK and the door will be opened. I adore chai to this day because every time I drink one I think of that day that he let me know EVERYTHING is going to be alright.

    God Bless You All!

AMEN Pastor. He will never leave us or forsake us. It’s true. If people would just take a litle time to meditate on that concept. God is everywhere all the time. He knows the most intimate details of our lives. Of our persons. He cares about the little things in our lives as much as the big things! To anyone reading this, I encourage you. Take a few quiet minutes and just think about it. God is ALWAYS with you. He cares about you. He wants to bless you. Just ask Him.

LOVE…threw me way off!I didnt know “worldly love” let alone this conquerer of sin.I just couldnt concieve being loved without a cause.I felt I had to somehow earn it or show myself “worthy” of it.And if I failed to show myself
“worthy” HE would remove HIS love and forgiveness from me.So love did a real number on my mind.but the more I just sought HIM out HE began to show me that HE would show me the path of life and that in HIS presence was fulness of joy and at HIS right hand pleasures forever more.I can now thank HIM n praise HIM with a clear conscience because I know now that GOD made HIM who knew no sin to become sin so that I could become the righteousness of in CHRIST!HE saved me based on HIS knowledge of my sin,not mine! What manner of love is this? That while I was yet in my sin HE died for me. Taking me copletely out of the equation!Halleluyah!I now know love because I now know HIM! Having a great home at F.B.I.M and great Pastors helped a little too i guess..lol
